Rinaldi Designs, the India division of Rina Shah Corp, consists of a Shop in Colaba, Bombay, which won The Best Shop Award in India for its interior design in 1999, as well as a factory, where all shoes and handbags are manufactured by a team of 40 employees. Additionally, all designs for all items were drawn and designed by Rina Shah.
Rinaldi Designs has won numerous awards including an award from PETA for manufacturing all "animal-friendly" products and donating to "animal-friendly" causes as well as for a generous employee incentive plan which includes annual bonuses, employee education plans to support continuing education, and generous employee health benefits
